Force Stop the Simplicity App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Simplicity app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Simplicity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Simplicity App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Simplicity app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Simplicity.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
