The last 4 days I can't get the enewspaper to come up, black screen.

eEdition will not come up. Didn't yesterday (Monday) and doesn't today.

To resolve The Oklahoman eEdition network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the The Oklahoman eEdition App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Oklahoman eEdition » click [Force Stop]

Clear The Oklahoman eEdition App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Oklahoman eEdition » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Oklahoman eEdition.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Oklahoman eEdition » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Oklahoman eEdition » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The Oklahoman eEdition
