Simplicity - City App Reviews

Residents of our city received a postcard with a QR code leading to Simplicity, saying it was the way to get notifications, report problems, and stay up to date with the city’s official info. It took a few days, but the city’s social media announced it didn’t know who had sent the postcard, nor what their intentions were, but it was NOT anything official. Be wary and check before installing!

This company sends postcards promoting the “official” app for your city. It isn’t. It was quite obvious as app had almost no news or valuable information.

Simplicity is fraudulent. Pulling data from places it’s now allowed to, pretending to be a business official app when it’s not, and storing data overseas without your knowledge or the company it’s mimicking’s knowledge.

This is great!
After installing Simplicity they didn’t ask me for any personal information.
And it’s ads-free!
After using it for only a day I already learned about an event happening near me which I had no idea was going on. Keep up the good work!

Great app to stay up to date with local news, and announcements! With help of this app you can even provide feedback to authorities.
Contact section is very useful as well!
Simplicity will save your time googling local information. Recommend!

I downloaded Simplicity couple weeks ago and so far it’s working perfectly. The whole “bringing city closer to citizens” concept is great. I also like smart-notifications.
