Didn’t work at the very first step.

Great app overall but some of your contacts are not displayed in the transfers section despite you having earlier transactions with that contact, you can save his contact manually but you cannot edit it once you’ve saved it, so i suggest you add an edit option for your contacts info

First, when I want to delete my credit card it displays a warning saying to try again later
And for the other one, I accidentally blocked my card and now I can't open my card so I hope they fix those two big bugs

It seems that card services don’t work properly as I created a virtual card but it gets declined wherever I want to use it especially online transactions.
Please provide support for your users in the nearest future.

So after seeing all of those ads on tv I decided to download FirstIraqiBank and once it uploaded on my phone it crashed right away. This wasnt only for my phone cause I downloaded it on another phone and it crashed on that phone as well. I mean if you’re so eager to put your product on the market maybe make it good enough so that it doesn’t crash right away?

Great app , but converting iQD to USA or Euro doesn’t work

I use virtual credit card to advertise on meta platforms but this is the third time I’m not able to pay my bills, and whenever you contact customer support they lack knowledge and tell you there’s an update we are going to fix it soon, you can’t rely a business on FirstIraqiBank actually.

What is happening with mew update that you guys made today because of that FirstIraqiBank is crashing and it’s saying that something is wrong and also I can’t login in or out and also can’t change my password or anything other thing
What ever you did need to be fixed please

Please to add an option of app font size as it is hard for elders to use FirstIraqiBank with such small font.

Been using it for months now. Great service. Very low to none fees.

But we need transferring money from outside of Iraq by Iban ? We are waiting for this option !

Maybe instead of spending all your money on ads you could spend a little on skilled developers instead because FirstIraqiBank is worse than the first project of IT graduates in iraqi universities. Or hire me maybe

I love that FIB is the first online bank in Iraq but it still has laggy issues please fix the lag please please…I almost use FIB for everything

I purchased iTunes cards they took my money and never get the cards that i paid for it and also the visa card is not supported from most of the websites poor customer service
I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I waited for about two days and it still says “wait until your account is verified”

Worst version, nothing is working

A really grate app

My debit card sometimes doesn’t work and it also doesn’t work everywhere even thought it says it does.

Unfortunately, I have to rate FirstIraqiBank with zero stars due to the recent changes in the banking system, which include increased taxes and limits. These changes have had a significant negative impact on the overall user experience. It’s disappointing to see such decisions being made without considering the users’ needs and concerns. I hope the developers will reconsider these changes in the future and prioritize a more user-friendly approach.

I’ve been using FirstIraqiBank for a long time and when they opened visa direct it was so useful but they doubled the service fee without any warnings to the users, and that’s really disappointing and we lost trust to the banking system of all iraq

The only good thing about FIB was the application, with the new update they messed that up as well. The new interface is like we are back to the age of NOKIA.

After the newest update FirstIraqiBank does not work for me anymore

Since I use FIB app and visa I’m so happy when I get too much easy way to use my money without carrying my money bag and off course the visa direct is the best to send my money anywhere I need.

I have been using FIB app since long time ago , easy to use and very secure , increasing monthly limitation for deposit and transfer make our daily use better . Thanks

It is a very bad application in terms of opening an account and it suffers from a problem in taking a profile picture. I tried it within two days and was not able to create an account.

Literally the best one and the only one

I never opened this application without it asking for an update, i know its good to get updates, but FirstIraqiBank requires updates for very minor things that could be done in app, without asking for an update every time we use it.

If you don’t follow up your account regularly, your money will be robbed. I purchased an online item and 1$ counted as 1.6 ID instead of 1.4 ! .

When the seller refund your money, FIB will return only 85% of your money , not all of them !!

Totally garbage for online shopping

It is easy to open an account with FirstIraqiBank , easy to get a virtual card, easy to get all detail and use the card.
Till now , no international transfer is available. Hope to add that to FirstIraqiBank also.

For over four months, I’ve been diligently sending emails, making phone calls+texts via WhatsApp to address an issue. Unfortunately, none of their support team members bothered to respond.
The lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on FIB’s commitment to customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expected timely assistance and resolution, but it seems that FIB’s support team is either overwhelmed or simply indifferent.
I understand that businesses can face challenges, but leaving a customer hanging for months without any acknowledgment or resolution is unacceptable. My frustration has reached a tipping point, and I can no longer recommend FIB to others.
If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of FIB’s customer support. Their unresponsiveness is a disservice to their customers, and I regret ever relying on them.
Remember that reviews are essential for other potential customers to make informed decisions. Hopefully, FIB takes note of this feedback and improves their support processes. 🙏
