App looks great but it will not allow you to add gift cards to your account. Also multiple gift cards I received show inactive. I think it’s more an issue with their system than a scam but makes it difficult to use their app and gift cards.

Ordered and waited… watched other people come in and order, get their coffees and leave while I waited, and waited…

After my pickup time had come and gone while I continued to wait, I asked and the barista had only seen one of the two drinks ordered so he made the second. He said ‘we don’t see the mobile orders in a timely manner, best to come in and order’.

App isn’t organized as logically as Starbucks either… dev team has some work to do!

I can’t even access my account information without getting a service error. According to other reviews, it doesn’t seem like anything has been updated or fixed. I was hoping to be able to upload my gift cards and be able to keep them in one place to use.

I can’t even make an account. It keeps telling me I already have account with my email in use, when I go to sign into that email and press forgot password it tells me…error has occurred. So there’s nothing I can do to make an account or sign into my current account which makes CCsCoffeeHouse useless to me

Prior to the update of CCsCoffeeHouse , I was able to add caramel flavor to my Espresso no. 22 and order through CCsCoffeeHouse to earn points. Now that option is not available, and I have to order at the window each morning, but I don’t earn points. Is there a way to earn points when ordering at the store? I want to earn points on every purchase.

Constantly gives internal error message or unknown error when trying to log in or reset password.

May work once out 10 times. Very frustrating as I like to order ahead and pick up.

Love the idea of having an app to keep track of my rewards. I’m just sad the Lake Charles, Louisiana location on Country Club Road isn’t available for online app orders and I can’t select it as my location like the other locations. If it becomes available I’ll definitely bump my rating up to 5 star. Love their coffee!

So I was ordering a small iced white mocha, and when I selected the item and had to go through the options to be able to put the item into my cart, one of the selection said add flavor this was confusing because the title of the item I selected said white mocha but here it’s asking which flavor would you like added? This would be less confusing if it was retiled in the selections to say add extra flavor. At this point, I don’t really know what kind of coffee I’m going to get when I get to the store because I didn’t select a flavor because the title of the item had a flavor in it

Please bring it back on the time of the order page.

Love the new look of CCsCoffeeHouse …much more user friendly!!! Will see if it works as well as the employees, if so they have a hit on their hands!!! I would like to change my picture on my profile but that’s my only suggestion right now…

I love CCsCoffeeHouse…it’s simple to order but the only problem is that you can’t link your prepaid gift card. They need to fix this so that you can simply add funds and check out through CCsCoffeeHouse .

The early stages of CCsCoffeeHouse were headache-inducing. Now, payment entry issues and “sold out” items that are available are less frequent.

Making a payment is too many steps…. People are on the go….we want it quick and easy

I love CC’s coffee….especially the SF Turtle Mochassippi! But CCsCoffeeHouse usually says “Sold Out” of all but plain mochassippi. I could add each flavor but it’s time consuming & confusing. Please fix CCsCoffeeHouse !

The service at CC’s is absolutely wonderful. The people are always so sweet and in a cheerful mood. And not to forget the coffee. CC’s is my FAVORITE coffee house.

I'm a huge fan of CC's Coffee House, especially their rich and flavorful mochasippi!Nothing compares at all. However, the updated app still needs improvement. While it's better, it's not as user-friendly as the Starbucks' app, and the reward system could be more rewarding. I'd love to see CC's expand their menu with fresher options like egg bites, fruit cups, and chicken salad boxes - it would definitely draw in more customers not that I think they’re doing bad but I just think it would help and give an advantage. Over all CCsCoffeeHouse is still convenient. I was able to place an order today and once I got there everything was fresh and tasted incredible.

I am a huge fan of CC’s! CCsCoffeeHouse is simple and easy to use. Never had any issues with my coffee being wrong!!

I don’t use CCsCoffeeHouse much as my location isn’t set up for online orders but I do check my reward points with CCsCoffeeHouse and keep track of them there.

I really like the espresso 22 with brown sugar, cinnamon syrup, and sweet cream instead of half-and-half, but I can’t get that on CCsCoffeeHouse . I can add the king cake flavor but I don’t really like caramel in it. There’s also no option for adding sweet cream to the espresso 22, which there definitely should be. It makes it so much better imo

This Louisiana favorite has delicious food and drinks. CCsCoffeeHouse is user friendly. Give them a try!
