Ordered and waited… watched other people come in and order, get their coffees and leave while I waited, and waited…
After my pickup time had come and gone while I continued to wait, I asked and the barista had only seen one of the two drinks ordered so he made the second. He said ‘we don’t see the mobile orders in a timely manner, best to come in and order’.
App isn’t organized as logically as Starbucks either… dev team has some work to do!

I can’t even access my account information without getting a service error. According to other reviews, it doesn’t seem like anything has been updated or fixed. I was hoping to be able to upload my gift cards and be able to keep them in one place to use.

App looks great but it will not allow you to add gift cards to your account. Also multiple gift cards I received show inactive. I think it’s more an issue with their system than a scam but makes it difficult to use their app and gift cards.
