How to fix Eddy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eddy app on iPhone
Update Eddy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eddy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eddy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Eddy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Eddy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eddy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eddy » click [Force Stop]

Update Eddy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eddy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eddy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eddy.

Fix Eddy unable to contact server/ Eddy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eddy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eddy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Eddy
