Exercise and weight inputs are not registering
Remaining calories only shows "remaining". It doesn't show how many calories are remaining.
I select a food and enter the correct serving size and click log and when i go back to my log it’s not there - nothing added. Even when I try 3-4 times.
Items in my basket will not post to the selected meal. Also, picking a interval for the progress graph does not work. It consistently posts weights which are not correct.
Confirmed that it fails to log food items most of the time. It’s a pity, it worked fine last year. Really nice and useful app. I had stopped using it during the holidays and tried starting again this week Looked on their website, most of the tech folks are free-lancers. Looks like they’re “pivoting” to something else and asleep at the wheel for nutritionix?
same as others, put foods in multiple times and they do not log, inconsistent. it's been about a month with one particular food (sometimes it works if I copy it from another day instead of typing it in) thank you

After selecting all foods for a meal, and clicking "Log x Foods" doesn't actually show up. On app nor web. have to do a second time for it to work.
As of 2/15/23 the Nutritionix app has stopped working correctly for me after 2-3 years of good service. It no longer will add foods correctly. If also will not show my past listing even though the calendar shows over and under color codes. I deleted app and reloaded to make sure I had the latest app and correct any possible issues on my phone but still not working correctly. Please review and help me. Right now app no good.
Hello, The app will not load any of my tracked history and I cannot log any additional food
Hi, I see many others have already described the problem I have with ALL the data in my record GONE! I've got several years of tracking logged cannot see any of it. Oddly, though, the calendar that the color reference (whether over/under goal) for each month is visible, as is my weight and the water I've logged. My profile is in tact. All of the many recipes I've created are still present. Hope that helps with your trouble shooting. I'm a retired LDN from PA and in all may years of testing food log apps, this one is the BEST. I've referred many clients and friends to it and all report great satisfaction. If you need help testing, I'd be glad to help. Good luck, I know it can be frustrating. Sue Kordish
All data I've put in the app, all of it for 18 plus months is gone. Nothing showing on any day. Stats is showing weight totals but nothing else. Is there an update or something to fix this. I love this app. Helped me track and lose 70 lbs and get my diabetes back in the normal range. Help please!
Suddenly all of my data is wiped. Even stuff from a week so is blank and it won’t add anything new.
Not working all my Info is gone been tracking for Years can't even log in food. Hope it gets resolved soon too much important info
The app shows no food data in the Home Screen even though I input a lot of foods successfully earlier in the day. Not only is today's data missing from the Home Screen, but so is the data from yesterday and earlier in the week. Other times I input a food that I have consumed, and it doesn't post to the Home Screen until I refresh multiple times.
When I create a list of items to log for one mealtime in a day, the items don’t copy over even if I pull down to refresh or kill the app and restart or restart the phone. Nothing works except entering ingredients one at a time.
My preferences to pull exercise from Apple Health keeps resetting. I have it set to pull exercise and weight, it shows it is sharing in Apple Health, but everyday in Track I have to set it up again.
Hi team I love this app. However, all last year when I used it on my iPad, even up to a few weeks ago, I could access it in landscape mode. Now I can only see the app in portrait mode. My rotation lock is not locked. This is very inconvenient (although not a deal-breaker, because it is harder to read (the print is smaller) and as landscape is my preferred mode, I have to turn my iPad around for just this one app. Please advise if there is anything I can do. This database needs to be updated with new USDA guidelines for daily calories/values/percentages. It no longer matches labeling on packages.
