Does not stop recording exercise after finishing a ride. When next connect phone to the bike every minute since last ride is recorded as exercise and standing.

The connection between Samsung Galaxy S21 and flow app keeps disconnecting. This is unless I keep the mobile very close to the Kiox system. Any solution?

Riding fine then it lost connection. Reset bike and phone. Tried blootooth on and off. Eventually it reset but only after a lot of time. It then recorded a complete new ride
