The app is horrible. You can link a device unless you have location on and the app crashes when you have location on. If you manage to get it to work with location on for a few minutes the pairing of a plug takes so long it times out. Returning and buying different product.

App continues to crash after I log in despite clearing cache and storage and reinstalling. I bought it last year after the holiday and am trying to use it for the first time now. I have the latest Google pixel update as of 11/3/23.

Upgraded from Pixel 7 Pro running Android 13 to a Pixel 8 Pro running Android 14. I'm able to login after installing, but then it just closes immediately upon opening from then on.

I just upgraded my phone from a Pixel 4a running Android 13 to a Pixel 8 Pro running Android 14. On the Pixel 8 Pro, the BN-Link app crashes whenever I try to use it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the app still crashes whenever I try to use it. It is still working OK on my old phone.
