Had four plugs set up. They all worked beautifully. But now suddenly, none of them will ever connect to BNLINKSmart anymore. Now they are worthless, app won’t find them automatically nor when I do it manually. Seems support gift what I got was just dropped? Or they have a massive problem that has ... Show more
I’m normally not one to leave a review, but after 20 min of trying to register app, connect and reconnect wi-fi settings, tell if the stupid thing is blinking or not and going in circles with connecting it…. I finally got the F’ing dimmer to sink. It’s a freaking dimmer, start with a switch. I felt... Show more
BNLINKSmart would be great if I didn’t have to dismiss ADS every time I open it (not to mention ads in the notifications) when I PAID to buy the products for which I need to use BNLINKSmart . That’s bogus. One star until you get rid of all the ads for your products and let me use BNLINKSmart afte... Show more
When you try to switch a device in or off they flash an advertisement and if you hit it by accident you are stuck. No way back other then switch if phone
The site and original description on their smart plug explicitly mentioned energy monitoring, as did past reviews.
Without making any clear notice, they sneakily swapped the product to a cheaper, less useful pass through relay switch that does nothing but turn on and off.

Hard to connect and will NOT hook up to alexa
Just spent 3 hours trying to get four plugs to work and only one connected. I hate BNLINKSmart and plugs. I’m exhausted and so over these stupid plugs and app. Definitely will NEVER recommend these pieces of cr*p.
Please fix to work with ios17!!! App crashes instantly I can’t control anything!
I was very happy with these products… it has been two months and BNLINKSmart is still not updated
I have attempted to connect BNLINKSmart to Alexa and a web page gets pulled up saying I am using an outdated version of BNLINKSmart . I am using the latest version and therefore I cannot connect these to Alexa.
I used BNLINKSmart last year Dec 2022 for my Cmas tree switch without a hitch. Now Dec 2023 the home page in BNLINKSmart will not load at all, just a blank white page, therefore can't program the switch. When I try to add new device it acts like it is pairing then before the pairing can complete ... Show more
The instructions given in app did not match my device. It recognized it was there and would not connect after 10 failed attempts using all four modes of adding devices. Very disappointed.
I updated my iPhone to the latest and greatest. The old app no longer works. Updated to this new version and I have no account and none of my devices work. I can still log on from my old iPad though. Makes NO SENSE!
BNLINKSmart appears to be a version of the TUYA app which also appears as the Smart Life App. All three apps control a wide range of smart devices and there in lies the problem. I have just added a bathroom towel warmer to my list of devices only to find it has a program bug which prevents you fro... Show more
BNLINKSmart works for you turn on/off lights and set schedules. My issue is with notifications. If you turn notifications on to insure scheduled activities happen, you also open yourself up to push notifications from the company about other items they carry. This intrusiveness has insured I won’t ... Show more
Turn off notifications or BNLINKSmart will drown you in a barrage of ads. When you open BNLINKSmart , you’ll get them again! I have to close an ad to turn off/on a light? That’s just not right. All these ads mean I won’t buy anything from these people again.
Very lazy coding.
On my iPhone Pro Max (mentioned for the large screen size) the columns show as:

Would it have been that hard to either support rota... Show more
It will often skip scheduled timers even though it’s been programmed.
Not sure what happened but it’s not so reliable anymore.
App works reasonably well but the developers shamelessly market their products to you through BNLINKSmart .
It’s super frustrating when you just want to pop into BNLINKSmart to turn a switch on/off but then have to click through a garbage pop-up ad almost every time.

I have to agree with endless notifications. There needs to be a way to turn off all the ads you get when all you want to do is turn on/off a light.
Set up the lights to work through my phone with no problem. However they will not connect to Alexa. Every time I try, a web page comes up saying I’m using an old version of BNLINKSmart (which I am not) and that I need to update it (which I can’t do because it’s already up-to-date). No good.
The pop-ads are annoying and interfere with using BNLINKSmart . I purchased your product already, stop bombarding me with ads.
This is a great app in terms of layout and capability but it has a lot of stability issues, crashes, and bugs.
Each switch was easy to program and worked in 1 time. Renaming a device is difficult, you expect is under management it is not. Grouping multiple switches i can’t figure out. For me there is no need to tell where i live and all the unneeded questions so all that stuff stays off.
Every single time I launch BNLINKSmart, I get the very same ad, which must be cleared from the screen before proceeding. I used to have Kasa. No such problem there. If the advertiser thinks that by hounding me with their ad, that I might buy the product, they are sorely mistaken. OK not kasa, but ... Show more
Had no problems setting it up with my smart device until BNLINKSmart locked on the shopping page. Would not return to home page. Had to delete and download again.
Otherwise, works.
No explanation as to what “Current Ele (m…)” or “Current Power …” mean.
How about a hint, people?
Mine show up as 44 and 5.3, respectively.
Can turn off using Bn Link app but have not been able to get Alexa and plug to sync. Help!
Products works well, but I get ridiculous bulletin notifications at 5am about what people think of the product. I already own it, why do I need to hear other people’s opinions about the product. I want the notifications on in the event it loses connection or power…
I only have one item hooked up to BNLINKSmart so I cannot comment on running a bunch of stuff but it works!
I really appreciate the ability to set the timer for appliances on here rather than having to program an old fashion light timer. The lights continued to work on the timer I set on BNLIN... Show more
Wish I would have found these sooner!
Easy to setup, and works every time!! Everything I want in an outlet that has a mobile app. Turns on and turns off like it’s supposed too!
Love it
Apple Watch compatibility would be awesome
BNLINKSmart is super easy and dependable, easy to link to your internet, and love the custom schedules for each socket
Once it is set up, BNLINKSmart is easy to use and you can set timers and schedules too. I legit have 4 on different lights and outlets around my apartment
