Terrible Upgrade
I updated my iPhone to the latest and greatest. The old app no longer works. Updated to this new version and I have no account and none of my devices work. I can still log on from my old iPad though. Makes NO SENSE!

Device Refused to a Connect
The instructions given in app did not match my device. It recognized it was there and would not connect after 10 failed attempts using all four modes of adding devices. Very disappointed.

Alexa connection doesn’t work
I have attempted to connect the app to Alexa and a web page gets pulled up saying I am using an outdated version of the app. I am using the latest version and therefore I cannot connect these to Alexa.
