I really do not understand, why a popular platform like this app remains sticking with this useless developer team. OTP not receiving on time, hanging during play video, also few days ago Chorki automatically disappeared from TV .

This is one of the worst OTT apps with zero update.. There is no playback speed, No screen minimization, only you have to watch in landscape mood..lol.
If you double tap the screen to forward, it goes 2-3 minutes back. Lots of bugs in this apps..
Fix this developers..

I paid 8$ for this garbage… I’m so disappointed with myself. They say 4 devices you can run with the subscription… FALSE. In real just one device they allow. More than one they make disable all the devices. I paid for it so I supposed to watch as much as I want but NO I CANNOT. After watching only 10 episodes of a show they showed me I have used my unit for the day. SIMPLY BAKWAS APP

I have been using this app almost for 3 months and now since the recent update there’s no option for downloading the show I have been watching. Tried to call this app helpline they never picked up my calls.
Since I started watching this app it is very frustrating to not able to get any downloads

Unfortunately, it’s one of the worst apps I have used in recent times. Please, try to make it at least a little bit user friendly. We paid $10/month and it felt like I just wasted my money and I wasted around an hour of my time just trying to log in but still couldn’t figure it out.

this app is undeniably the best ott platform in bangladesh.
Chorki however, needs a lot lot lot of remodeling and reforming.

1. When any new episode releases, it cannot be played immediately. Like i kept and kept pressing ’play’ button, but it kept on showing me the trailer of that show.
2. ‘Skip intro’ option should be given in all the shows. Most of the series have this option only for pilot episode, but it would have been better if every episode had this option.
3. A review option can be launched below every show, so that everyone can see what they’re about to binge and choose accordingly. If it’s not possible, there’s a rating button in every episode, this rating should be visible to all. Like when i’m rating, nobody can see that except me. If everyone could see an avarage rating like4.5/4.6 or smth, it would have been better.
4. Then comes the bugs. If i want to skip any scene i’m not comfortable with, or any intros for that matter, sometimes it takes me backwards, sometimes it takes forever to load, sometimes the subtitles are not available, sometimes they are. These bugs should be fixed.

whenever I try to play movie always play trailer and there is no option to skip or forward it !
Every time when I try to cast automatically stat playing another video on tv!
Please fix this bug!

1. Fast forward not working properly
2. Playback screen isn’t smooth
3. Need improvement on watch history

This apps has a lot to improve. First of all i cant forward it like 10/15sec unlike netflix. If i click 10 sec forward by double click it goes back to 30/40 sec backward such a irritating. Cant watch a movie or series peacefully. Try to improve it more like netflix apps. User friendly and relaxing

1) Can’t screen mirror from iPhone to LG smart TVs
2) Don’t have options to cast from this app directly
3) Was unable to download Chorki in LG and TCL smart TVs

Can’t change playback quality while casting to Chromecast.
And also Chorki is not optimized for iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Works very slowly in ipad. Homepage loading, video streaming speed is very poor in ipad while running with same wifi connection, in Netflix app video streaming speed is very good. But in mobile phone, app is quite speedy compared with ipad.
Need to improve Chorki specially for IOS.

Notification bubble count doesn’t go away. Always shows the number.

From the beginning this app is doing great. Unfortunately there is no Apple TV 4K version.
I would like to request you to develop a compatible version for Apple TV.

Please add Bkash payment method, than a lot of new user will come. Specifically I will join if there is a system like this I hope this be soon enough💞

Everything is great. Sometimes Chorki payment seems not to work properly. Other than that greats contents, great service and we absolutely need an Apple TV app.
