How to fix nocap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the nocap app on iPhone
Update nocap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall nocap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix nocap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve nocap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

nocap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix nocap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the nocap App
1. On android, goto Settings » nocap » click [Force Stop]

Update nocap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear nocap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » nocap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart nocap.

Fix nocap unable to contact server/ nocap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click nocap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto nocap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch nocap
