We have a Proscenic M-7 Pro, the right drive motor stop working. We ordered and received the replacement wheel motor assembly, but we found after watching all the videos we can find regarding wheel motor replacement, we can not remove the old wheel assembly. Where can we send the unit for repair?

The App update has created a problem for the A8 air purifier. The older version worked perfectly. The new version prevents the air purifier from responding to the “Schedule” function and does not allow the air purifier from entering “sleep” mode. When trying to select “sleep” mode, the App sends back an error message (dps data type error 3005).
I informed Customer Service and they replied that there is indeed a problem with the App update and this will be fixed in a future update…no update so far. Proscenic needs to fix the bugs in the App or at least provide a way for customers to “roll back” to the older version of the App that worked perfectly.

I just bought my M8 Pro and it worked perfectly with the old app. When I was notified about this new app, I downloaded it right away and followed the directions. The app does not recognize my WiFi (2.4). I tried using the other app, but now it won’t recognize the Machine. This is not the first time this has happened. When I bought my last machine, they updated the app and I could not connect my machine. Please fix whatever is wrong with this app.

This new app which is prompted for you to download when you try to access the old app is pretty terrible. It would not connect to my Wi-Fi. I am pretty tech savvy and after multiple attempts with my multiple machines nothing connected and I ended up deleting this “new” app and I am back on the old one controlling my humidifiers (807c & 808c) perfectly fine. Hopefully this continues to work.
