Close and restart the ARGO app on iPhone
Update ARGO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARGO iPhone app

Fix ARGO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ARGO app issues:

Force Stop the ARGO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ARGO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ARGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARGO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ARGO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ARGO.

Fix ARGO unable to contact server/ ARGO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ARGO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ARGO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARGO on android.
