Hei! Finnair applikaatiossa,kun valitsen matkani istuinpaikkaa, niin app "kaatuu". Käytössä Android, viimeisin apppäivitys ja puhelimen viimeisin päivitys. Koetin verrokiksi IOS - laitteella ja vastaavaa ei tapahdu. Olen tyhjentänyt applikaation välimuistin, sammuttanut ja käynnistänyt Finnair applikation uudelleen, mutta sama vika esiintyy koko ajan. Muuten Finnair app toimii muilta ominaisuuksiltan, mutta juuri tuo istuinpaikan valinta rikkoo palvelukokemuksen. Selainversion kanssa muuten asia onnistuu, eli appissa tuo vika. Pyydän korjauksen ja vastauksen spostiini.

I cannot log in to the Finnair plc app on my tablet. I always get the following message: "Could not log in at the moment. Please check your network connection or try later". Application-version: 2.9.0.3216 System: Android 11 I have checked my connection acording to your advice (Fix Finnair unable to contact server/ Finnair internet connection errors on Android). On my mobile phone (Android) and Windows 10 PC I have no problem logging in to the app. How is that? Karl

Since weeks I can't login to Finnair Shop. After click on login button, the login data fields do no appear. After 10 seconds I get the message "login failed"

Finnair Application on my Android-Tablet crashes System: Android 6.0.1 Kernel-Version: 3.4.0-gad29d11 Application-version: 1.39.0 (07-04-2022) While i can log in without any problem to "Finnair-plus" from my windows-10 laptop, it is not possible to log in from the Finnair application on my Android-tablet. As soon as i confirm my Finnair-plus code and my Finnair-Plus password clicking the login-button, the application crashes. Would you please suggest a solution. Thanks Guy
