Scanning takes far too long; should take less than a few hundred milliseconds but takes at least one second. Also craps out when you have no internet connection

SafeWA is fine when it stays open, but lately every time I open it I’m required to re-login. It seems to defeat the point of a quick “check-in” so I end up just doing the paper option most of the time.

After months of using SafeWA every day, a recent update has logged me out and refuses to let me sign back in despite the correct login info. I press the login button, it spins, and nothing happens.

Can’t login despite several tries. We need folks to use these apps. Please don’t make them difficult and time consuming to use. :(

I tried to register my USA mobile. SafeWA did not recognize my selection and kept defaulting to Australia. Deleted it.

The WASafe app does not accept international phone numbers. Surely for the safety of all this is a simple software fix that should have been considered from the outset.

Very user unfriendly for visitors using a foreign number who are trying to do the right thing and set the tracer app up. I’ve tried dozens of times to set it up with a NZ phone number and the verification code never arrives. I’m a kiwi regularly visiting WA.
