How to fix Lumenate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lumenate app on iPhone
Update Lumenate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lumenate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lumenate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lumenate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lumenate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lumenate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lumenate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lumenate » click [Force Stop]

Update Lumenate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lumenate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lumenate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lumenate.

Fix Lumenate unable to contact server/ Lumenate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lumenate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lumenate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
