I tried to support 99 Ranch because it’s been a long stable in the Asian communities. But this app is so disappointing. Clunky pages - it’s hard to go from one page to another, and go back and forth. Nothing is organized except general food category. Product has no description, review or country of origin. The worst is after getting through all that, their payment system doesn’t work so you can’t pay. They really need to step up their app - or find a new app person to have an overhaul. Take a look at Good Eggs, or Wee, or other grocery stores.

Excited about the app and delivery service so I immediately started selecting stuff. But after I submitted order and paid (got credit card notice), the app keep saying I didn’t complete payment, so I clicked pay, then the screen says payment already completed. It’s a dead end loop. After a few minutes I was told the order was cancelled because I failed to pay. I was very frustrated, but tried again. Same thing happened again.

I made a purchase last night Jersey City #1602. My living distance is 12 miles away. Second day past the delivery time which was on the order confirmation. The delivery still haven't come. So I called support for help. First they told me Uber won't pick up. Then I said, I can pick up myself. Then customer service told me that they don't have any in stock. But their list still shows they do. So I would say: Don't trust the app. Don't use the app. Call in Maybe better than use the app.
