How can I delete messages.I don't know how to delete messages.Can you send me video about removing messages on holikal application. There is no one can help me and there are many annoyed messages.

I have been using this app more than 6 months and i have never been any issue but yesterday after long time when I opened app it's not opening and showing the message you are using blocked device kindly respond me otherwise I have to delete this app and this issue is being faced by many users i hope you will resolve this issue asap

How to fix Hilokal app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hilokal app on iPhone
Update Hilokal app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hilokal iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hilokal on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hilokal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hilokal Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hilokal not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hilokal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hilokal » click [Force Stop]

Update Hilokal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hilokal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hilokal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hilokal.

Fix Hilokal unable to contact server/ Hilokal internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hilokal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hilokal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hilokal
