Optiwatt did not log my most recent charge. It logged the previous charge on April 22, but not on April 24. I have restarted the app, logged off and back on again - to no avail. One time glitch or the start of a problem? Thanks

Connect Utility has an Authorize button. I click it but there is no confirmation it is connected. If connected, I shouldn’t keep seeing the need to connect. How can I know if this is working?

How to fix Optiwatt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Optiwatt app on iPhone
Update Optiwatt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Optiwatt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Optiwatt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Optiwatt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Optiwatt Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Optiwatt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Optiwatt App
1. On android, goto Settings » Optiwatt » click [Force Stop]

Update Optiwatt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Optiwatt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Optiwatt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Optiwatt.

Fix Optiwatt unable to contact server/ Optiwatt internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Optiwatt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Optiwatt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Optiwatt
