My app has not stopped updating in version 2023.2.12, it only goes up to 50%, that is more than 15 days old, I have already disconnected it, I have connected it, I have deleted it and put it back and it continues the same
the car is showing to the right of the screen on my iPhone mobile app., not centered as before. This started a few weeks ago (I bought the MYP in Aug 2022).
Somehow Tesla did a transfer of my account to "MY ACCOUNT" (ok, john Cusick to john Cusick) This morning all my great stuff in the app are gone, just pictures for the cars. The upper right link to inbox etc still is there. Not sure how this happened as I am pretty sure I didn't request a transfer to myself. Any help would be nice.
App is on an iPhone 8 IOS 16.3. When I open it it hangs on "last seen xxx minutes ago". Cannot see current charge % or charging stats and controls don't respond. Also, the charging cycle stopped for some reason. I unplugged the charger and restarted and it began charging again. I then started to receive multiple notifications on the phone that charging had stopped, even after it was charging again.

We have a 2020 Tesla. My Husband and I have the app on both phones. My app on 702 592-2122 just froze and kept spinning. I deleted it and put it back on It asked for a password and for the life of us we dont remember it. If we change the password will it affect my husbands phone app (435) 757-6320? I dont want to lock us out of our only vehicle. HELP We are 80+ years old and apparently not ready for this. Is there a phone# I can call to speak to a human?
Android Tesla app has stopped working. Unable to display Powerwall Gateway status for generation, storage, usage for solar panels. Have reset out in the circuit box, powered off/on Powerwall battery. App displays Home Energy Gateway screen (without house/panel/energy flow display) then drops out to phone home screen with message window "Tesla has stopped. Close app."

App is not communicating regarding climate or security. Still works to drive etc. I have reloaded the app 3times. not acceptable.
