Mobile app only supplies Individual Transportation services, but Its not providing Personal Assistance Service which is causing us to be unable to clock in and out.No time being tracked.How's one suppose to enter time if the app doesn't provide the selected service? So much for EVV.Problematic from the start! All in the name of spying.

Recently the other day on the Care Attend app, all shifts were completely gone. Now I can't login. It said I would get an email for password reset but never got an email. Also said check your internet connection. I have internet connection and WiFi. Please fix the app.

How to fix CareAttend app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CareAttend app on iPhone
Update CareAttend app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CareAttend iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CareAttend on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CareAttend network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CareAttend Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CareAttend not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CareAttend App
1. On android, goto Settings » CareAttend » click [Force Stop]

Update CareAttend to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CareAttend App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CareAttend » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CareAttend.

Fix CareAttend unable to contact server/ CareAttend internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CareAttend » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CareAttend » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CareAttend
