Mobile app only supplies Individual Transportation services, but Its not providing Personal Assistance Service which is causing us to be unable to clock in and out.No time being tracked.How's one suppose to enter time if the app doesn't provide the selected service? So much for EVV.Problematic from the start! All in the name of spying.

Recently the other day on the Care Attend app, all shifts were completely gone. Now I can't login. It said I would get an email for password reset but never got an email. Also said check your internet connection. I have internet connection and WiFi. Please fix the app.
