I cannot stand CareAttend!!! If there’s an error with your shift you have to go out of your way to have someone fix it instead of being able to just delete and re enter. Also not having the feature of something as simple as logging mileage is just embarrassing and makes it a complete joke and waste of time as you have to go on a website to do that! Using an app plus having to go online to complete the logging of a shift. Makes sense 😒
CareAttend should be remove from App Store since it doesn’t have any help support inside the application plus nothing is working and clear when you are inside your account and there is no way to change your account security password if need it. Overall CareAttend is piece of garbage the way it is unless they make a user friendly and have all the editing options inside the dashboard.
For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to register and it won’t let me. I have tried both care attend and consumer registered and both say please contact your administrator. Please fix this!!!
Poorly thought through app. Why are there 3 platforms for one job? CareAttend for shifts, workday app for taxes, and direct my care portal to claim miles! How confusing. I should be able, at the very least, to claim miles with my shift.
You can’t go back to edit a time. So many bugs and confusing to use.
Could you make a QR code for download this app app? Because as a caregiver, some of them don’t have neither iPhone nor Google store, but they need to use CareAttend.
I cannot figure A way to view my past time cards, I have been clocking in and out for a month and I only receive credit for one weekend, what happened to the other three?
