Cannot clock in and didn’t let me clock out Monday please let me know something
When I click on my shift history I get the error “check your internet connection and tap here to try again” no matter where I’m at. When I tap the “ tap here to try again” nothing happens. This has been an issue for about a month and I can’t seem to find a solution online or when I call for support.
This app is crap. It wont let me log in. It keeps saying oops.... contact help or try again later and theres no way to contact help. Some one needs to come up with a better app. One that actually works and is helpful.

Ridiculous!

I cannot stand this app!!! If there’s an error with your shift you have to go out of your way to have someone fix it instead of being able to just delete and re enter. Also not having the feature of something as simple as logging mileage is just embarrassing and makes it a complete joke and waste of time as you have to go on a website to do that! Using an app plus having to go online to complete the logging of a shift. Makes sense 😒

This app should be remove from App Store since it doesn’t have any help support inside the application plus nothing is working and clear when you are inside your account and there is no way to change your account security password if need it. Overall this app is piece of garbage the way it is unless they make a user friendly and have all the editing options inside the dashboard.
Unable to register

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to register and it won’t let me. I have tried both care attend and consumer registered and both say please contact your administrator. Please fix this!!!
