The “top provider” is so subjective and bias with this algorithm. The way the program works is horrible. The myhealth app works way better than this nd more effective. I continually find that I need to add more drs that they don’t want to have because they already have their chosen providers. You can add some but not all or past doctors they believe and not good providers in the medical field. When I try to schedule something through GarnerHealth it doesn’t work. When I call the actual offices it works perfect and fast. I am dreading how my district would consider going with this program as a way to cover costs. I am paying way more now than prior to my district utilizing this company.
I rarely leave app reviews but this needs one! I have only been able to login in successfully once and it was not a friendly/smooth experience looking up and adding doctors I already use. Since then, I cannot even sign in! It’s an endless loop that won’t let me even log in anymore. So frustrating and I don’t even know why this service exists. Why is there yet another middle man involved in my health care options?!
This is not user friendly one day everything is there the next day I go to upload a document and the features to so are not there customer service takes for ever to get with you to help and when they do it’s in an email days later
GarnerHealth is awful. I have tried using it to supplement my health insurance but it takes forever and every doctor it refers me to is booked out for months. Unacceptable.
Will not allow you to sign in, just look it up on a internet browser.
App is below average for use. Support is allegedly live humans, but is possibly a boy given the generic answers I regularly get.
App not working/ says error / won’t go to homepage
Bad:
• I can’t understand why this silicone valley company exists. They appear to be exploiting broken healthcare system in this country to fragment it further.
• GarnerHealth suffers from many UI/UX issues that hinders frictionless experience for users.
• To make it worse, they won’t list all Tier 1 providers in your area rather they would cherry-pick it. I wonder if they make money by listing providers who pay them.
• They also BLOCK alternative medical providers like chiropractor, accupuncture even if my insurance covers them.
• Map view of providers is a total mess.
Good:
• concierge is responsive, but will close your ticket in a day if you don’t respond.
All in all, this business shouldn’t exist where blackbox algorithm determines doctors are tier 1,2 or out of network.
Eye opening metrics about doctor quality. The Concierge service was fantastic—super helpful when I needed help finding a PCP
