The “top provider” is so subjective and bias with this algorithm. The way the program works is horrible. The myhealth app works way better than this nd more effective. I continually find that I need to add more drs that they don’t want to have because they already have their chosen providers. You can add some but not all or past doctors they believe and not good providers in the medical field. When I try to schedule something through the app it doesn’t work. When I call the actual offices it works perfect and fast. I am dreading how my district would consider going with this program as a way to cover costs. I am paying way more now than prior to my district utilizing this company.

I rarely leave app reviews but this needs one! I have only been able to login in successfully once and it was not a friendly/smooth experience looking up and adding doctors I already use. Since then, I cannot even sign in! It’s an endless loop that won’t let me even log in anymore. So frustrating and I don’t even know why this service exists. Why is there yet another middle man involved in my health care options?!

This is not user friendly one day everything is there the next day I go to upload a document and the features to so are not there customer service takes for ever to get with you to help and when they do it’s in an email days later
