Just got this frame a couple days ago. It literally took me hours to add photos to the frame because I kept having to reboot it so it would recieve them. Now I wanted to add 7 more pictures I just received from family and it keeps telling me my frame is offline. I check the frame and it says I’m connected, have good signal strength but connection status says unknown. How can that be?!?!? I have a signal booster and keep trying to connect to the signal that is full bars to see if that helps but it keeps telling me it can’t connect. I’ve restarted it multiple times, forgot the network and started again, reset the wifi and it still says offline on Uhale even though it shows connected on the frame. Not impressed at all and was considering buying more as gifts for Mother’s Day but not anymore. Will look at other brands. So much for easily adding pictures…lies!!!

I could not find a feedback feature in Uhale , so I’m spilling it all in a review. Twice this morning, I tried selected photos to load my daughters picture frame. After selecting dozens of pictures, and moving to the next screen, I found it only added one photo to go to the frame. This should be a basic functional feature to be able to select multiple photos. My husband says that a hard press is used to select a single photo, but I’m just using normal pressure. Screen sensitivity should not be used for the number of photos to select.

I constantly have issues with Uhale , I try to upload photos and it has trouble picking up the photos from my camera roll. Every time I attempt to upload a photo I can fully expect to have to close out Uhale several times.
Today I attempted multiple times and throughout the day to upload photos. It wouldn’t work. Last resort, I deleted Uhale and reinstalled it immediately. I tried to sign in but got an error saying that the email didn’t exist. I signed up with that email. It makes no sense. Now I cant upload photos at all.

I just got a digital frame and it instructed to use whale photos. While a few of my pictures uploaded most have only loaded to 90% or failed completely. You can only upload 10 pictures at a time (annoying) so it shouldn’t be because it’s to big of an upload…

Uhale is CRAP and you are basically required to use it to use their frame! There are no instructions and looking online I’m getting garbage videos that don’t help at all. So mad I wasted my time buying this frame and being forced to use their horrible app. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It works well and is smooth but it lacks so much functionality. Making an account is pointless and adds zero functionality. All you can do is upload photos to your frame and that’s it. You can’t even delete photos from the frame. You can’t change the shuffle option and you can’t change how quickly it changes.

But most importantly it’s lacking a playlist functionality. I want to be able to make different playlists for different occasions. For example I’d want an Xmas playlist filled with holiday photos. And for the summer I’d want summer photos. Etc. to be able to manage and change the playlist quickly for the occasion. It would add so much to the experience.

I want to give Uhale a higher rating 4 or even 5 stars. After all, It’s easy to use and hasn’t crashed or had any major issues so far… but I also feel like it’s missing such basic control/setting features.
A shuffle option for photos and the ability to control for how long each photo appears before it switches to the next one for example. I looked all over Uhale and couldn’t find either. I’ll happily update my review if someone could direct me to where these features are on Uhale .

‘Cause even the first ever digital frame I bought yeeeears ago already had these basic controls.

Could be user error, I don't know. But this uploading process is bananas... Most times, I just want to send a collection of pictures and videos to a relative's frame. However, it won't let me just do that in one go. Videos have to be sent one at a time. Pictures, although they can be sent in a group, can only be either vertical orientation OR horizontal orientation - for the whole group. So I can go through and try to set them correctly individually, but it just applies whatever the last picture's orientation was to all photos in the group. So if I want to send 4 videos and 10 pictures, I have 6 separate uploads: 1) first video 2) second video 3) third video 4) fourth video 5) pictures in vertical orientation 6) pictures in horizontal orientation... It's madness and turns what should be a 1-2 min process into 10 minutes. Please make this better

Is there a new version designed to work with ios17. The current version seems to crash frequently especially when adding comments or loading more than one picture to the frame.

Even in Uhale feedback I can’t use it under ios17 as it crashes and freezes every time I try to report the issues.

Hopefully the developer will fix this so that I can use Uhale on ios17

It seems to work well, but I have to phone the person I gave it to, so I can find out if the photos appear on the frame. The instructions are in unreadably small type. Not useful for senior eyes, so I have to try to use it intuitively. Please provide more readable instructions, or make a larger type available on the internet.

Uhale works great and the picture frame looks awesome. Good size and picture quality.

Very happy with Uhale and most of the features. Customer service was very responsive to an inquiry I had regarding tech support.

Only thing I would like to see is the ability to transfer more than ten pictures at a time.

I’ve only used it twice, but seems fairly easy. I didn’t want to allow access to all photos, I wanted to do select photos. But if you do that, then it will only allow you to do a Live Photo or video upload. Doesn’t make sense. Other than that, fairly easy and straightforward to use.

I originally rated pretty low, but now that I’ve played around with it and talked to their tech support, im content. Using the email address they send you is easier to upload bulk photos. I still wish you could create different playlists, but otherwise it’s easy and looks nice

It works well to send photos to the connected frame. I’ve had to re-log in a few times, but other than that it’s easy to use. I haven’t used the feature that allows other people to add photos, but that seams neat too.

Uhale os great for older individuals who don't like a lot of features and want it to be simple and easy to use. But for me, a teen, i would love if there could be more complex features. I have my frame in my room and when I go to bed and its in sleep mode, it lights up my whole room- even though its brightness is turned all the way down. Also I will be swiping through the photos and it will show me a picture twice in a row. It also shows me 20 photos a lot but then the other 20 photos I barley see on the frame. I hope you take my review, request, and complaints into consideration and change Uhale features. Thanks!

Really liking Uhale and product so far. It’s easy to use and connect to. I purchased the frame as a gift for my parents who don’t use social media or other technology often, to be able to keep up with our whole family from those of us still close and living across the country. My only complaint is that there isn’t a function to see all of the photos sent to the frame and we can only see the ones uploaded from our own account, as some family members don’t share images of their children on social media so it would be nice if the rest of the family could see them as well.

I’ve only got disconnected once and had problems getting logged back in but nothing major since then. I love seeing the pictures in my kitchen every day. I would like to be able to download more pictures at once. This particular unit/app offers half of a competitive unit my mother in law has.

So far so good. Got for my grandma who has dementia. She’s going to be super happy and I think the constant change of photos will help her enjoy more without taking up a lot of space. Plus it will be good for her to constantly see familiar places while she still currently has some control over her independence.

This has been fun and useful for my senior aged parents in being able to send them family photos or various outings. Device is self configures to their WiFi as they have it plugged into a switch working a wall outlet. That way any videos uploaded don’t run in a loop all day. Still trying to figure out the photo edits options of which there seem to be few. For example selected photos come up with corner handles but I haven’t been able to figure out how to crop photos if that’s even possible. Previews of written caption notes would be nice to see and confirm before sending. Fun for my parents to be able to have fresh photos uploaded regularly to see.

Uhale is pretty easy to use as far as setting up an account and linking to the frame. Overall uploading pictures to the frame was seamless. The slightly confusing part came when one photo was left and it kept asking me to upload it, leading me to think it hadn’t gone through. I ended up with several copies and now I need to figure out how to delete it. Overall great app, but not quite sure why this happened. It also asked me to crop my horizontal photos to landscape to upload, but when uploaded they appeared horizontal. They look good, but that is confusing.

Only reason it doesn’t get five stars is I don’t see a way to select multiple photos to send to different frames at once. Initial set up with several is fine, but if you add one, I could not figure out how to batch load the files onto the new frame and had to do it individually. With that said, it seems to work pretty great.

We got photo frames for several members of the family this Christmas as we are spread all over and it has been so much fun to be able to charge photos with each other in a way that displays them for each others enjoyment. From Great Grandparents, to young children, they are all enjoying having the frames and sharing the memories in this way!

Bought this for my mom for Christmas and the setup was so easy. My brother and I can now share photos throughout the year to the frame without having to be near the picture frame. Our families memories are now shared with my parents, even when they aren’t with us during family moment. This concept is amazing. Will be buying a few more for my grandparents. This would be perfect for any loved one.

We love our digital picture frame and Uhale is what makes it love able. We decide on what pictures we like then we just choose the frame to add it to and they send. We did have an issue at one point where they all wouldn’t send. But after contacting technical support our issue was resolved and they will all upload perfectly.

Daughter gave me the frame and she put this easy to use app on my phone. Since Mother’s Day I have collected so many pics that I never had in 86 years . Uhale is so easy to learn and I can add every pic to it and with just a spoken word to Alexa I can see my passed life and present life in my pictures. For an older person your app is almost tooooo easy. Thank you don’t change a thing I’m telling all about Uhale.

Makes me happy and loved it works and looks great it comes with 8 gigabytes that means you can put thousands upon thousands of
pictures and it is very easy to set up when you are done you just plug it in no batteries if you if you take it out of the outlet it won’t work it in you don’t have to wait it will just get ready you can put it anywhere in your whole entire house or apartment or penthouse I think you should get it. You will love and enjoy this.

I bought this photo frame as a gift for my elderly in-laws. I absolutely love that all of us kids can download Uhale and constantly add pictures.
It’s nice too that there is a ding when a picture is sent so they know when we have just added a picture to their frame.
I also like that it is easy to control. My in-laws cannot do complicated technology and this was perfect for them after I explained it.

Got frames for family members so I can send photos. Easy to send photos to multiple frames, and family loves it. I like that I select the focus of the photo, as other apps sometimes cut off faces if it zooms on the photo so I’d assume with this it does not. What I love most is I can withdraw a photo sent in case I wasn’t paying attention and sent a wrong one, on other apps the only way is to delete off the frame.

Love it! I’m having zero problems with Uhale . Only wish I could see what others are adding to the frame too, but I could see how some would prefer it the way it is. My parents got a Nixplay frame while I got this for my Grandmother and this one was quicker to set up. IMO it was easier to share this frame but I continue to use both. I love that I can share pics of my kids with the grandparents without posting to a wider audience on social media.

Grandma and grandpa watch the pictures more than they watch tv. Kids and grandkids all send pictures regularly. So easy to stay in touch and let them know what is happening in our lives. And the technology is right in line with what the grand kids already do everyday which makes it easy for them to remember to share..

I like Uhale. It works perfectly, and is soooper easy to connect to the physical frame. Great way to send pics to people who have their frame connected to WiFi. If their frame isn’t connected to WiFi, you can’t send. So make sure they actually connect to the WiFi and you can send pics from anywhere in the world (I think). I haven’t been to North Korea, but I’m sure your pics will send from there, too. Need to verify that first, but I’m sure it would work out.

would love the option to select a large number of photos at once vs having to tap individually. But otherwise easy enough to navigate and set up.

Edit:: i know i can upload 50 at a time via app but my suggestion was to be able to select those 50 photos by perhaps dragging a finger across them instead of tapping each and every one. (Like how you can select photos in your phone library).

We bought this for our family who live out of town. It is so easy to set up and use. We love it. It even marks the pictures you’ve sent so you don’t do the same ones twice. Our family has expended and sending pictures to phones was getting overwhelming. Also picking which ones to print. This lets them pick their favorites. Did I mention how easy it is?

My Aunt bought this picture frame for my mom she used to have an older model that was more difficult to upload pictures to share to my mom. I can send her videos or pictures of what I’m doing or making etc. if you have a family member that you don’t see as often or if you want to share pictures with them this frame is excellent.

An easy and super way to show the great grandma photos big enough for her to clearly see. It’s fun for the whole family to surprise her with new photos and there is nothing to explain to her. It fun to see her face light up when a new family photo just appears on her picture frame. I catch her watching the frame when she gets tired and just needs to sit a minute. It always perks her up.

Great fun choosing the pictures reminding me of beautiful memories, great family and friends I see often and those I haven’t been able to see for some time. Keeping pictures of my late husband and memorable shots of him in front of me so much more often than checking out pics on my phone. I have pictures in frames all over my house, but there are so many, many more I’d like to have, and now I can without needing frames everywhere you look!
It was probably the best gift I could ever had gotten!

I am really excited about being able to upload all the pictures I have taken through the years…the upload from my phone was easy!
Only problem is figuring out how to use my computer and not just my phone!

Loveeee it! Sits in the living room and plays all day. I remind as a kid sitting in my grandparents living room just waiting to see my photo. Great idea. Great gift. Multiple people can upload from anywhere! Great gift for parents or family, if and when you are on a trip, you can send the photos over for them to pop up in their house

I recently wrote a bad review blaming the frame company for a problem I learned the next day had nothing to do with their product, after writing the review I realized that all my smart devices were not hooked to the wifi and was able to remedy the problem, so here is my new review the product is great works well and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a question about a feature and emailed the company. I was told that the feature in question would be there in the next update. There wasn’t a known time when the update would be released so I figured I would just keep an eye out for it. But a month later that same person emailed me back to tell me that the feature I was questioning had been updated and available now. I went to my frame, updated it and sure enough it was there. I never expected this person to keep my e-mail and personally write back to me. Thank you Michael. This is what customer service should be like!!

I purchased a photo frame for my two-year-old grandson, Brayden. I had an idea that he might get a kick out of seeing himself and family on a frame that he could actually change the pictures on his own. I came to this site where I found your wonderful beach towels where you can put someone’s face on a character. my grandson loves Spider-Man, Woody and Buzz light year. So I purchased three beach towels. I also decided to put copies of what will be on those beach towels on my grandson‘s photo frame. He loves seeing himself with a character body. This has been such a wonderful experience. He absolutely loves it. Thank you.

I recently moved several states away from my parents at the same time that my brother moved to a different country from all of us. It’s been hard on my parents to become empty-nesters to kids who are so far away. Gifting them this digital frame has been the perfect way to keep in touch and let them see pics of what we’re up to! And Uhale is super user-friendly.

Having owned a more expensive and well known brand of digital frames, I was skeptical about this frame based on its much lower price. I’ve had nothing but great results so far. From the ease of use with the frame app to the downloading of my photos, I am very pleased with it. The picture quality is very good and the frame itself is very nice. I still have things to learn about the frame but overall am happy with it and hope to enjoy for many years.

You know when you have people come over to visit and they kind of want to look at your pictures on your wall or your mantle, but they don’t want to be too invasive. Having this on the end table allows them to view pictures as they go by, often commenting on the photos and memories It’s a great conversation piece. Fun moments captured in photos evoke good feelings when viewed again and again We absolutely love this app.

We gave this frame to my parents (in their 70s) for Christmas. I’ve committed to adding our family’s photos to it every other week or so. When they received the frame they thought it was cool, but in a recent phone call, my father said to me, “that frame is the best present you’ve ever given us. I LOVE looking at all the photos you add!” We love far away from them, so it’s a wonderful way to stay connected.

The number of features. The look and the feel. Everything is too good. I just wish the upload speed and the processing speed for videos is faster

I use Uhale with a digital frame I bought for our home. Once I figured it out the first time, it has been easy to share pictures to the frame. Now I don’t have to feel bad about forgetting to get the pictures printed because we can enjoy them on the frame all the time.

We are having a blast sending pictures within the family. We’ve even sent little present messages back-and-forth to each other. We first saw the frame at a friends house and thought it was cool but since getting the frame and getting onto Uhale this has been so much fun!!

when I first got this digital picture frame, I had problems with it, and I reached out to the company and the company stuck with me until they figured out what the problem was and they fixed it and I've been very happy with it ever cents thank you

This frame was easy to load after I read the directions, always the smart thing to do. I was caught up on loading because I thought I had to select a friend. Just hit select friend then use your name you set the frame up with !

App is amazing, all of the family can upload and we can view them, it’s amazing. Uhale just works, and works well. Quick uploads, amazing picture quality on the screen, videos can be uploaded too! Fantastic. Simple and easy to use…and even works with Alexa. Get it!!!

My daughter gave this to my husband who is in isolation in the hospital with leukemia. We upload daily photos and he loves seeing them. I send the info to my family in Europe but they have trouble getting it started. Is this for iPhone only and US only?

I got these frames for my daughters and I for Christmas. It was easy to install and add photos, but the sharing of photos is the best. Especially with one daughter and grandson out of state. I would highly recommend buying these for yourself and family members. The price was exceptional and both my daughters said what an awesome gift.

I thought things like this were for folks who are not computer savvy, boy was I wrong! I’m very savvy on the computer, but love walking by this frame seeing a different photo everytime I go by. I have a grandchild coming and now I won’t miss her first step and a lot of other firsts.

When I first pulled out the instruction book I thought oh no! But the it’s so easy and the frame walks you thru everything on the screen. I think the whole family will be able to navigate it and share photos. This is going to be great gifts!

I bought it because I am a hair stylist and was having a destination wedding! I could upload the photos in real time to my station so my clients could watch a slide show while getting their hair done! It is large, clear and easy to use

This is a great app and everything that they have in Uhale works well! A few features I’d love to see in future updates:
- Link sharing for each frame from Uhale .
- Ability to go back after photos are sent and add comments, not just when sending the first time.

This is so much fun! My wife and I are in Florida and our Daughter, who pis in the STL area, sends us pics of her family, especially the grandchildren! It is just plain wonderful to check the frame everyday and see pics of our Family back home. Everybody who has a Family should have one of these Frames!

I absolutely love this. This is my first grand baby and I get so excited everyday to see new pictures of my precious baby. You will not be disappointed super easy to set up and download your own photos. It is just as easy to send to my kids and have them send me photos everyday to my picture frame. Just love this.

Wow! Best gift ever for me, a Grammy living by myself. my children and grandchildren, live out of town but with the digital frame, I get to see them every day! We got this frame for my Mom because even though we are “local” it’s still over an hour drive to see her. I love how easy it is to just select a photo and click a button and it automatically uploads to her frame at home. This is the best! Easy to use, no complaints 🫶🏻

I purchased two frames of different sizes to place around my home. The simplicity and ease of sending pics to one frame or all frames is quick and easy. I plan on buying more frames for other rooms in my home and to give to family because of Uhale. Love Love Uhale!!!

Uhale along with the frame I bought was so easy to set up. Not a lot directions to follow, very simple. Although haven’t tried adding my daughter who lives 1100 miles away, but I’m hoping that is goes as easy as the set up. Thanks

This is Uhale to use with my new digital frame. I purchased a frame to store photos of my dad for his memorial service. I found Uhale easy to use what I can’t fix on Uhale I’m able to fix directly on the digital frame.

Absolutely the easy use. I had bought a different one before and when the frame was left off for a few days, I could not use Uhale or the frame again. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love that you can add multiple friends so everybody can have their favorite pictures. You can remove them right in Uhale having to go through all of the pictures and I love that you can add videos too.

Technology can be challenging for those that didn’t grow up with it, but Uhale and photo frame was pretty easy to figure out. i’ve had other photo frames that were too cumbersome and got donated.

Love this frame and Uhale. Very easy to use after a few mins of learning. Bought for grandma and then bought one for my mom and now me!

I travel for work and miss family. This way I keep them close without alit of added bulk.

I run a 10 inch frame 24/7 with over 12gb of family photos. It's always the center of attention.

Love this frame and app. Have several elderly family across the country and we can share photos with all of them at the same time. So easy.

Great pictures. Super easy to setup and start using right away. So easy to add users so the whole family can add photos of the grandkids to the frame for our dad.

I have 11 grandchildren and not one lives near me. This gift allows them to send me photos as they take them . I get so excited when I hear the chime of a new photo!

Set it up for my elderly parents and am connecting all their kids and grandkids before I gift it for Christmas. They are all over the world. So easy to use!
