2 weeks agoApril 2,2024 I received my UHALE frame on Christmas 2023 . March 15 , 2024 frame quit shuffling picture. It is froze on one frame. I have tried shutting off frame and unplugging it. It did not work. Still stuck on one frame. What do I do to get it working again.

3 months agoI just received a Whale Photo device for Christmas loaded with family pictures. Yesterday the photos appeared a grewn tint. They seem to have lost a yellow color. Just as mesteriously, the color ended up corerrecting. Any suggestions?

3 months agoI have tried once again to get someone to send me the invitation to the pairing code #. Your site is not secure, I have been scammed in the past and had my identity stolen. I will not pay $1.00 to obtain a code you should have sent me. I do not use pay pal or my credit card on line. I do not use QR code scans either. Please contact me and let me know what other alternative I have. I shut my computer down and restarted it then resent another chat message, explaining I need the code. Obviously, your expert, 'Ellen", did not fully read or understand my request and sent me to the same "Expert" chat site. Once again requesting I pay before I can chat with someone. I am upset now. I can not find a phone # to contact anyone else. This is a gift for my 88 year old mother with Alzheimer's, and I need to download pictures in the frame for her. Please contact me through email and give me another alternative.

Uploads stuck at 90% or failed
I just got a digital frame and it instructed to use whale photos. While a few of my pictures uploaded most have only loaded to 90% or failed completely. You can only upload 10 pictures at a time (annoying) so it shouldn’t be because it’s to big of an upload…

NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!!!!
This app is CRAP and you are basically required to use it to use their frame! There are no instructions and looking online I’m getting garbage videos that don’t help at all. So mad I wasted my time buying this frame and being forced to use their horrible app. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Poor app, no feedback feature
I could not find a feedback feature in the app, so I’m spilling it all in a review. Twice this morning, I tried selected photos to load my daughters picture frame. After selecting dozens of pictures, and moving to the next screen, I found it only added one photo to go to the frame. This should be a basic functional feature to be able to select multiple photos. My husband says that a hard press is used to select a single photo, but I’m just using normal pressure. Screen sensitivity should not be used for the number of photos to select.
