I need a new QR code to add my frame. Wifi wouldn't connect, I got new internet provider and has WF .

My Uhale app will not recognize some images in my iphone's photo album. Also when I try to send an image to one of the frames that I'm connected to it sends the wrong image. Is there a way to refresh which images Uhale is trying to select from? Very frustrating because it's not usually this problematic.

I received my “frame” as a Christmas gift at our son’s house in Rhode Island. We connected with his WiFi signal, downloaded about 17 pictures and it worked just fine. When we returned to our home in Ohio, I tried repeatedly to connect with my Wi-Fi signal at home and it will not connect. I erased all the pictures on the device trying to reset to factory settings but still cannot connect to my Wi-Fi in Ohio. Is my frame permanently “bound” to our son’s Wi-Fi in Rhode Island? How can I un-bind the frame from his Wi-Fi?

Not all of the pictures from my phone are showing up in the Uhale Gallery. I have pictures on my phone that date back to December of 2008. The app is only picking up pictures through November of 2017. Any thoughts?

Hello - I'm wondering if there is a way to see the pictures through the app that other people add to the fame so that we do not add duplicates. Are we able to see what others add without seeing the actual frame in person? Thank you! Cathy Grundke
When I attemp to send a photo it fails after reaching 90% sent. I am at a loss as to what to do. I have checked that the app is up to date.
Photos show in history but say local Photos have been deleted? How can I reload from history?

I have a i phone and am having issues with the app not showing all my photos that I have taken. I have the setting in the app set to recent and still will not load new pick to choose from. I have also gone as far as to uninstall the app and reinstall it and still will no load pictures to the app gallery so I can add the photos to my frame.

After utility power failure/loss of power, frame crashes and will not boot up. After backing up photos to external device and resetting photo frame the device restores. Have to reset all settings and import photos from backup. Things seem to be normal. Device shouldn't crash due to power failure. This is the second time recently that I have restored operations. Any resolve or update to software?

My whale photo frame losses connectivity with my network and, when I do reconnect, I can not upload any pictures. The app will get to 90% sent and stop. No pictures get loaded. I have reset the device and reloaded the application. Nothing seems to fix this issue.
