My frame started showing a screen that wants me to install the app or invite a friend, Why? I've been using the frame for awhile now. Earlier, I started getting a message that my onboard memory was full. I moved the photos to a larger external sd card and finally got the frame to read from the card and not the internal storage after deleting the files from the frame. I could no longer use the app to load pictures onto the frame external card, so I removed it from my phone. The frame has been working good until Friday April 12, 2026 when the above mentioned message appeared. I can no longer view the pictures on the frame sd card. What can be done if anything to make them viewable again?

My frame was working fine earlier today. Now a screen pops up that I can't get rid of that asks me to download the app for my phone or add a friend. I removed the app from my phone after the last problem I had, as I put my pictures on a 32GB SD card and the app will not add new pictures to the card, only the frame.

I installed a 32 GB micro sd card to the frame as I got a message that the internal memory was full. How do I move the pictures to the sd card and how do I get the frame to recognize it?

Frame has no pics or vids on it but shows system is taking up all 16gb. Cannot add anything and tried to do a reset in the settings but it still says the memory is full and I can't find anything to delete or clear looking through the settings or when I connect to a PC.

My name is Cathy Renfrew I got this Uhale 10.1-inch Wifi digital Photo Frame for Christmas. I don't know where to start. I guess to start where I noticed on my photo frame that in the upper left-hand corner saying that memory is filled so when I went into seeing under manage photos it shows that I only had 16gb internal memory is filled. So, I figured that I would go and get a 32gb microSD Disc to increase the memory. Well, that is where the nightmare began. I formatted the microSD disc that is what the uhale support online recommended. So, I did do that then I inserted the microSD disc in the photo frame. So, I then export the photos I had on the frame to the disc, I then reboot with the disc still in the frame hoping it would recognize the disc. Well, it did not it still showed the internal memory is full. T then did a refresh to factory settings with and without the disc both times it still shows internal memory is full but I can see the pictures from the disc but if I go out of the disc to the main frame it still shows memory full not only that I can no longer send pictures from my app on my android phone when i do it tells me insufficient memory. I have done everything that I can possibly do I am asking how I can get the internal memory to recognize the disc and be able to send pictures from my phone to the frame I believe the holdup is in the internal memory. here are the specs that I can obtain from the photo frame under about Device Serial Number is 95735726000187 System version 6.0 Terminal ID 1008325654317966262 I also want to note I thought this photo frame was an ideal gift for keeping in touch with the family photos from my family to send to of my family so even though I got this for Christmas for me i turned around and bought the same one for my husband his is doing fine right now but I want to conquer this before his internal memory is full and goes through what I am going through with mine. I thought this was a great Christmas idea. But I am beginning to think this is a problem child. IS there any help that you can provide me to solve his issue, and is there a phone number that I can reach you so you can walk me through the process to fix this internal memory to recognize my disc as my whole memory it says it will go up to 64 gb but I am finding a hard time to believe this not. i purchased this item off of your site and i have some problems with. its not that old i purchased it on december 27th it was working good from the getgo and then once it filled up the internal memory i was unable to send any pictures from my android it tells me insufficient memory space on my phone but on the frame it says memory is full so i went and got a 32 gb microSD disc and i export the photos on that disc but went back to the frame and it still tells me memory is full so once i knew that my photos were safe on the disc i went ahead and deleted the photos of the main memory and now i still cant send photos and memory is still full i even took out the disc and reset to factory settings and i started from scratch and nothing changed i was under the impression that this frame is upgradeable to 64 gb what am i doing wrong. i have already reached out to support of this frame and they said to reach out to the seller maybe for a refund or replacement or something to solve this problem. Thank you in advance and hopefully we can resolve this issue because i also got one for christmas so i liked it at first so that is why i purchased one for my husband i am hoping their is a simple instructions to fix this it seems that it has to involve the internal memory situation.

We received the whale 10.1 inch digital picture frame for a Christmas gift and our grandson girlfriend set it up for us. For a short period of time our kids and grand-kids kids could set us pictures, After we got about 40 picture the unit said the Memory is full. We deleted all the pictures ,tried to install a SD card and the unit still shows memory is full, We have tried everything we can but the unit still shows memory full. for some reason, my camera frame will not connect to Wi-Fi even though all the devices in my house are connected to the Wi-Fi. It was connected, but now it just says Wi-Fi disconnected and when I try to connected to Wi-Fi, it just can’t connect. It won’t even find the Wi-Fi. I’m not sure what to do.

I contacted your support pastor week and have not received an answer. I received an Uhale as a Christmas present, so I have no receipt. Our modem went offline and came back up. I realized the Uline was offline and my modem name is now NOT listed. I reset my modem and reset the frame but I still can't select my modem. Can you help me please? Thanks

My 10" model 102kz shuts down after about 15 seconds after start up. The power button does not work. This is a brand new item. I was able to transfer a couple of pictures before this happened. Please help

I'm not able to log into my WIFI, I get several different systems showing up but mine (even though I'm right next to the router) however, sometimes after approximately 3 minutes of mine will show, but when I put in the password it will not connect.

I just got a digital frame and it instructed to use whale photos. While a few of my pictures uploaded most have only loaded to 90% or failed completely. Internet works correctly.

Frame and app tell me memory storage is full even after a full factory reset. Frame shows 0 photos, 0 videos and 16gb of available storage. Software is up to date. Unable to add any photos using the app. Terrible design. Should be able to increase memory by adding the SD card but instead it’s either the system itself or the SD card. I have the Uhale 102kz digital frame . I would like to back up the photos to an external source . I tried several SD cards with fat32 and ntfs and none are recognized . I also tried an external hard drive plugged to the USB but that didn't work either. There seems to be something wrong with the SD slot or the system software doesn't work properly . My UHALE frame has 180 pictures on it. When trying to send a photo to the frame it sends 90% then freezes and eventually fails. I’ve rebooted my router, verified my Wi-Fi, all is working. I’ve tried several photos, all the same. What can I do?

I have been using my picture frame now for at least a year and have had no issues. Then today I tried to sign in so that I could download more pictures to the frame and it is telling me that my email and password are not correct. I have verifies that indeed they are both correct and what I have used previously to sign in. I have also sent a request for a new password but you are not responding to that as well. I purchased a frame for my sister. She has 130 pictures, and the frame indicates that she has used 16 GB, which is not correct. I have 160 pictures on my frame, and it states I have used 4 GB. How can my sister's frame be corrected?

I've tried working with the frame, the app, and the web version. There's no consistency. My sister's frame show up on the app but not on the viewer. My brother's frame show up on my viewer but not in the app. I've lost access to the web program because I don't know what I used for a password and there's no help in recovery. Received frame as a gift last year. Originally installed over 100 phots. Then the frame said it was full, so reduce content down to 44 photos. Still says it is full, and cannot load even 1 more photo. Also, there is a slot marked micro sdb, but I cannot find any such thing, and I don't want to spend money foolishly to expand the memory, if I can't get the right card to fit slot. What is the solution?

I received my uhale for my birthday in March. It initially worked perfectly. After adding pictures to it last week the slideshow quit working. I have done all of the troubleshooting and it still isn’t working. Any thing else I can do to get it working. Thanks for your help.

Hello, Help! My UGALe app has not loaded correctly. There is no place that has photos so I can allow access. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app repeatedly with no success.
