My transparent weather widget doesn’t work. I’m getting some error about VPN or secure connection or whatever. My transparent calendar widget works A-Ok tho 😐

When I create a new transparent weather widget it either doesn’t work or old photos remain.

My widgets are off center. They were fine until yesterday. Now no matter what widget or size I choose, it’s not showing the entire thing. For example my calendar widget is (lower on the screen area than it should be) so the last week of the calendar month is not showing in the widget area. I added it to my iPad and it is the same result. I’ve also (uninstall/ reinstalled the app. Rebooted my iPhone. & Changed widget sizes). Still is not showing the entire calendar month like it has been the entire time I’ve had the app. Please assist me in this particular issue.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Brass app issues:

Force Stop the Brass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Brass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Brass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Brass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Brass.

Fix Brass unable to contact server/ Brass internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Brass » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Brass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brass on android.
