Themify Status

We installed themify last night and when you open up an app, a safari window also opens and sometimes shortcuts opens BEFORE the intended app. Please advise.

I can’t download any new themes. I’ve paid for a subscription and the app doesn’t load at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 5 times. This app is a waste of money.

How do I remove the app and formatting from my phone?

I have paid for the subscription, which is quite expensive considering it doesn't work majority of the time. I should NOT have to do a bunch of special actions on my phone to get my icons to open correctly. The most frustrating part is there is no help or fixes to the problems!!!

I think I figured it out!! I’ve had the same “invalid” error on safari but I did more digging and I found that “offloading” and reinstalling the shortcuts app helps!! Once I did that and reinstalled my theme they worked! I hope this helps :)

The Themify widget is not working on my iphone! I have paid subscription and tried to troubleshoot any possible ways but still not working! This suckballs for an expensive paid app! Fix it!

Same problem as everyone else and I dont see you giving answers or solutions. WTH are you even asking for reviews id you aren't giving answers. I have paid for Themify so make it right and let us know how to fix it.

Ok so I think I found the fix for when safari won’t open the apps. It seems to happen if I close all tabs and close the safari app. You just need to open safari and leave it open on a tab and the Themify shortcuts should work again…

Every time I try to open one of my apps that the app gave a new icon for, it pulls up my safari and says “Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.” How do I fix this?

The shortcuts worked for a day then suddenly stop working. I have deleted everything and added them back. Of course it worked for 5 minutes then stopped abruptly. Error message says safari cannot open page because it does not exist.

I install and add profile it says it’s all there but my icons don’t change and no clue how to get them to!

3rd time needing to change allll the icons because ‘safari cannot open the page’. They should refund everyone until this issue is sorted.

Safari cannot open page???? WTH??? I can’t open my apps and I paid for this.

This app nearly killed my phone. I have an I-Phone 6s so i don’t expect much from it but every time i go onto my phone now i swipe to the next page and boom! My phone crashes. After this kept happening i got a notification saying that my phone was to hot and to stop using it. I was in a freaking air conditioned room! It was only like 20 freaking degrees outside!

Installed and spent forever customizing my phone yesterday and am now having issues with the widgets. At first, everything worked fine, but after adding multiple widgets, they all suddenly stopped working. They went blank and became unclickable. I tried changing my phones settings, deleting them, reading them, restarting my phone, etc., but it didn’t help. The only thing that worked was deleting and redownloading the app. I went back and added all the widgets again but right as I was about to finish, they became unclickable again. They’re not blank this time, but they’re like, frozen. The clock and battery percentage widget are both froze at the time and percent they became unclickable. I can’t add more widgets or edit them, and I really don’t want to have to delete the app and do the whole process over again. I’ve payed for a subscription and I’m really annoyed by this.

The apps I installed aren’t working, do you know why?

Every single time that I try to add an icon to my screen, it says “aDdReSs iNvAlId” I paid for this shit and I want it to work, or I want a refund.

you had ONE job ././. * safari cannot open page* But its the same shit different day , at least once a month the icons stop working and magically start working again eventually . free or pro makes no diff . The minimum would be to acknowledge the issue before we purchase so we can decide if we want to go threw this recurrently .
