Hello, I just bought the app and I'm facing an issue : Some shortcuts are working very well, but for some of them there is a 2-steps and even in some cases a 3-steps opening When I click on an icon, I have during a very short period of time (0.5s) a white screen before the app opens. Also, for some of them when I click on the icon I have a white screen (0.5s) then it goes to the "shortcuts" parameters of my iPhone (during 0.5s) and finally the app I clicked on opens. If needed I can send a screen recording of the issue so you can see. If you can't solve this issue I would ask for a refund as it is not working properly.
The app will not download onto my iPhone
I have been trying to download the configuration profile but every time I go to the settings it doesn’t show it up.
I made my own theme however when it try to download it or any icons the app ends up crashing. I have also tried this on other people’s recent creations however the app keeps crashing and doesn’t allow me to even download the profile needed
My icons aren’t updating after I install a theme.
Only some of my apps pop up when i click choose an app to link.
