So I’ve tried almost every prepaid card AND alternative banking app out there. I downloaded this one and set up an account. After further review, I noticed that AheadMoney does not sinc with or recognize your phone!! That means anyone can try to sign in to my account from ANYWHERE and their system wouldn’t know the difference !! This is a HUGE security risk !! It gets worse…. so I called their toll free number and a lady answered the phone that barely spoke English and I could barely understand half of what she said !! I requested my account closed and after, my account was still open ?? She just told me to believe her and take her word for it !! Umm… ya how about NO !! I also requested an email confirming the account closure and apparently they have policies from the 1980’s because they can only fax or mail a letter confirming closure ?? Really ?? Is this a joke !! DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY OR PAYCHECK TO THIS SCAM COMPANY OR THEIR IDIOT EMPLOYEES !!! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the “Consumer Financial Protection Burea” as well as the Better Business Bureau…. for starters !!! This company should NOT be in business !!! You’ve been warned !!!
I was told I’d get $10 for signing up and trying them. Even support said I’d get paid yet nothing! I’m still owed 14 referrals 🤨

A friend of mine sent me a link to signup. I’ve never signed up before but I submitted my information and it said it was unable to verify my information. Then I tried signing up again and it said invalid signup!
This company is THE WORST I’ve ever used or dealt with. Service is absolutely horrible, policies make no sense, and no one is knowledgeable about anything. People know about how bad the experience will be using your app as possible! DO NOT trust your money in the hands of AheadMoney, you will be highly disappointed!
don’t download AheadMoney I deposited money and I couldn’t transfer it out , called support and after I finish I lost access to my online account , now I have to wait who know how many weeks don’t trust AheadMoney keep your money someone here else, customer support is awful and they will just said “i can assured you I did that” AheadMoney is a scam becareful
AheadMoney is a waste of your time and storage space. I made an account and have been unable to sign in since then because of an “error on their end.” Their support is nonexistent. I have sent multiple emails over the past week with zero response and now have no way to access my money. Do not waste your time and money with this horrible app.
I would like to know how customer service can’t help you anything. And then you ask for a supervisor and you get the same thing as you get from the customer service rep. I have been in the cold for 4 days waiting for someone to fix the problem with being able to opt in to the overdraft and all i get told is to be patient. I hate AheadMoney and will be moving my money somewhere else. And i wish I could give AheadMoney one star. You have a bunch of bums working here.
Just like someone else on these reviews and I’m sure others I can’t login. I know my credentials are accurate as I use my iPhones password memory base to enter and I’m always able to login using it. For some reason ever since the 8th of this month of April I have had no way of logging in and always getting “authentication error” which is insane because it lets me know if I get my password wrong but when it’s right it won’t let me log in. I’m seriously going to change my direct deposit over to chime because I’ve had this problem before in the past as well. Highly disgusting
I would give AheadMoney a 5 star ⭐️ if they would fix the issue of not being able to login in to the mobile app.i have been a proud member of Ahead banking for quite awhile now and I’ve never had any issues however today for some odd reason I get a message saying user authentication denied try again later!! Now I am completely unable to access the mobile app on my iOS device and there is no website for ahead banking or no way to reach customer service for help.😩😩😩

I can’t get my money from this app I got my direct deposit I lost my card I have order the card 4 times and not received it my money still there called every day customer service can’t resolve my problem they say to email support I did it 4 times and no respond I don’t know what else to do it’s been 2 weeks that my money is there but I can’t use it my payments are due now is going to affect my credit too for late payment.
