I am not able to transfer money to any of my debit cards or to a bank account….
I got a "ahead" visa debit card in the mail today. I didn't sign up for this Someone must have fraudulently signed up for an account with you in my name. I am a victim of fraud and do not want an ahead debit visa card which I received in the mail. Please do not activate this card as I am reporting this to all agencies including Identity theft.gov and police. Thank you and I want a reply from your company.

So I’ve tried almost every prepaid card AND alternative banking app out there. I downloaded this one and set up an account. After further review, I noticed that this app does not sinc with or recognize your phone!! That means anyone can try to sign in to my account from ANYWHERE and their system wouldn’t know the difference !! This is a HUGE security risk !! It gets worse…. so I called their toll free number and a lady answered the phone that barely spoke English and I could barely understand half of what she said !! I requested my account closed and after, my account was still open ?? She just told me to believe her and take her word for it !! Umm… ya how about NO !! I also requested an email confirming the account closure and apparently they have policies from the 1980’s because they can only fax or mail a letter confirming closure ?? Really ?? Is this a joke !! DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY OR PAYCHECK TO THIS SCAM COMPANY OR THEIR IDIOT EMPLOYEES !!! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the “Consumer Financial Protection Burea” as well as the Better Business Bureau…. for starters !!! This company should NOT be in business !!! You’ve been warned !!!

Just like someone else on these reviews and I’m sure others I can’t login. I know my credentials are accurate as I use my iPhones password memory base to enter and I’m always able to login using it. For some reason ever since the 8th of this month of April I have had no way of logging in and always getting “authentication error” which is insane because it lets me know if I get my password wrong but when it’s right it won’t let me log in. I’m seriously going to change my direct deposit over to chime because I’ve had this problem before in the past as well. Highly disgusting

I would like to know how customer service can’t help you anything. And then you ask for a supervisor and you get the same thing as you get from the customer service rep. I have been in the cold for 4 days waiting for someone to fix the problem with being able to opt in to the overdraft and all i get told is to be patient. I hate this app and will be moving my money somewhere else. And i wish I could give this app one star. You have a bunch of bums working here.
