Summary of Hektar Problems 🔥

- First of all there is no way to delete your account if you choose to sign up

- Secondly there is no support or help from the app developers regarding abuse or infringement or anything else you might need.

- Thirdly, there is no way to control notification of this app, or silence it. Eather you put it all of or all on and its really annoying and caused my nuisance all over my day

- Fourthly, they are not responding to local law enforcement regarding death threats and other threats that i reported to law enforcement.

- Fifth, i feel threatened by the majority of the community in beeto, they are not friendly people. Its just like Twitter but worse.

- Not accessing my photos.

How to fix Hektar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hektar app on iPhone
Update Hektar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hektar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hektar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hektar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hektar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hektar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hektar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hektar » click [Force Stop]

Update Hektar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hektar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hektar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hektar.

Fix Hektar unable to contact server/ Hektar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hektar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hektar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
