Will not load no matter how long I wait. Interface is buggy and clearly not formatted to a phone screen. I deleted it because I was afraid it was a virus
I went thru the whole diary thing downloaded NielsenVizIT and never got any rewards as promised. There is no space in NielsenVizIT to contact them. I am calling it a time consuming ripoff
It only needs to be the most simple app since all you have to do is track consumption, yet it consistently fails by continuous freezing.
Completed a 5 day study and never received the rewards for it. Don’t waste your time
Downloaded this for a survey project. I got to the language screen and it just hung there. Useless
Finished 11 days of a 14-day diary, then NielsenVizIT froze and wouldn’t let me complete the final 3 days. Never received any type of reward.
Unable to activate app
NielsenVizIT is useless. I am unable to log in as a new user even with the username provided by the company. Totally worthless. Deleting this.
I took a 2 week survey utilizing NielsenVizIT related to sweets in February. Still waiting for reimbursement. NielsenVizIT has no way to contact anyone about the issue.
VizIT has improved so much over previous iterations - it’s much easier to register now using my email - and I really enjoy using NielsenVizIT ! Keep it up!
It has been several weeks since I took a seven day dog treat diary thing and I still haven’t gotten any money for it like I was supposed to. Smh
I finished the task and was supposed to get awarded of 9.45 know such thing wow you can’t trust any one
