Close and restart the iHealth MyVitals app on iPhone
Update iHealth MyVitals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iHealth MyVitals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iHealth MyVitals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iHealth MyVitals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix iHealth MyVitals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iHealth MyVitals App
1. On android, goto Settings » iHealth MyVitals » click [Force Stop]

Update iHealth MyVitals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iHealth MyVitals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iHealth MyVitals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iHealth MyVitals.

Fix iHealth MyVitals unable to contact server/ iHealth MyVitals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iHealth MyVitals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iHealth MyVitals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
