The shopping page is locked inaccessible. I can see my other tabs including my account details. I have deleted and reinstalled app. Upgraded IOS 2 days ago. Happens in both App & Safari ( not DuckDuck). Help!?

I have been trying to access your website since yesterday. I have done everything on my end, however it is clear the problem is on your end. The page is just not responding, and message states I can wait or exit. I have attempted both-and still the same. I bought shoes/items elsewhere because of this problem. I ordered from your website a few days ago, with no problem, but this has just been since yesterday. Very frustrating. Janet Carlow
