How to fix Peeps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Peeps app on iPhone
Update Peeps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Peeps iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Peeps on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Peeps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Peeps Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Peeps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Peeps App
1. On android, goto Settings » Peeps » click [Force Stop]

Update Peeps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Peeps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Peeps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Peeps.

Fix Peeps unable to contact server/ Peeps internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Peeps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Peeps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
