Hi! I just started to use this app last night to find people in my city near me that share the same interests as me! I was clicking on the Check button to friend request and talk to people that friend requested. All our talks were short and simple like Hello, where you from, how are you. For some old reason I went back into the app after letting my phone charged and it stayed my account went against the community guidelines and they were showing things they wasn’t supposed to. All ma pics where a face pic and a close up with fully body covering clothes. I reported to the development but they says it permanently banned. Please help me and this app is banning me for weird and unknown reasons.

I just downloaded this app today because I got tired of people on the other apps like yubo and wizz automatically thinking I’m tryna date them when those apps are meant for making friends. Anyway i downloaded it and first off i added a pic and tried to get my account verified but it took me 2 tries because apparently I don’t look the same because I guess my hair grew a inch idek. And second why have a bio option if ur gonna just automatically ban someone for absolutely nothing. Here’s exactly what I put “19 yr old, Minnesota📍, a couple things about me is I am taken and only here for friends and promo” right when I confirmed it or whatever it kicked me out my account and won’t let me use my number or anything else. That’s all from me and I’d honestly give it a 0 star for wasting my time but there’s no such thing🤦‍♂️. Just don’t waste your time with this app you can do so much better with Snapchat honestly💯💀

I was trying to change my cover photo one day on peeps and even though the picture was of MY face it declined my verification. Also good to know they only give you two chances to verify your face and then after they literally block you from your account and don’t let you just choose a different, clearer picture. I refuted this ban because it was quite literally a selfie of my face and they PERMANENTLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT and now i cant even make a new one. I contacted their customer service over a week ago and they still haven’t replied to me or fixed this problem. If you get this app use the clearest picture because they give you zero chances to fix it and never rely on their customer service because they are completely unreliable.
