Evite Status

PLEASE CONTACT ME TODAY REGARDING A LARGE NUMBER OF COLLEGE EVITES SENT LATE TUESDAY NIGHT VIA TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND INDIVIDUAL INVITATIONS AND ENVELOPES BASED ON CELL PHONE NUMBERS. The order has been purchased and cleared my bank for $131.34. No one has opened the evite. What's wrong??? PLEASE HELP US. I AM without a full-time job and this is very expensive for me to do. Our son is on the Autism Spectrum and it's taken him 6 years to finish and we want him to be celebrated via these announcements. My son's graduation is in 4 weeks!!!!! I sent an evite to 44 people to their cell phones (text). About half of them show "Viewed" but actually not received the evite.

I am trying to send an evite through a $250 subscription i have that is good through September 19, 2024. However, I haven't been able to send the Evite today. I keep getting the message "Unable to Check Out". I even created a new invitation to send rather than copy and send the old one - I thought that might be the problem. I even shut down and rebooted my computer. Still won't send. In fact, I cannot even add guests! It won't go to that page without posting the same message, "Unable to Check Out". What can I do?? Help!

I have used Evite for years and the new format is just terrible. It's honestly harder to use and a pain in neck. It used to be so easy. Also, if you hit the three dots to copy, nothing happens and only manage invitation comes up. So, now you can't even copy a past event making more work. Sometimes, making changes just to make changes is dumb. So frustrating bc Evite used to be the absolute best. I have hundreds of invitations. Signed, frustrated.

Messages are not coming through not working

can't save email card...so, obviously I can't send it.

There is NO place to enter the emails to invite my guests. I have used Evite numerous times and never had this problem!

I entered todays date instead of my birthday on my invitation app, so now it won’t let me join, because it thinks I don’t meet the age requirements. There is no edit button for me to fix this issue

Evite just does not update any edits for me. They show up in the edit area and continue to show up, but not on the invitation itself.

I enter my address but it defaults on the picture but the details are correct. How do I change the address?

Every time I edit my invitation, it seems to make the changes, but then when I exit the editor it reverts to the original version. I have tried exiting the app entirely, exiting my invitation, etc; all to no avail. I started a brand new invitation from scratch and the same thing happened. Very frustrating. Not sure I will use this tool again. It appears you have to created the invitation perfect the first time, no opportunity to edit. I"ve tried both on a computer and on my iphone, both with same results.

I can’t get past the event details page to send the evite to guests. Any suggestions?

I can’t access my messages on either the laptop app or cell phone app. How to get to messages?

This app hasn't worked since their fancy updates that weren't even needed. I can't save, gets stuck in loop saying it failed. Last month I copied an old one and it worked. Now I can't even to that. Frustrated beyond words 🤦‍♀️

I select the card and customize it, select the envelope then it wont let me do anything else

The copy invitation option is not available. Has evite removed it?

Copy past evite invalidation is no longer available. Did they do away with it on the free version?

I see there is a whole new site since last I used it in December. I am trying to create an invite and cannot get any of my contacts to add as a guest at all - laptop and iPhone. Is something going on???

Evite system suddenly kept me from saving forms. Also not letting me in to ask for support. Has sent me emails to finish up my evite so I can send it but now not allowing me to save changes

After copying an evite, I'm having trouble changing the design when I search for a theme.

When I try to "See All Guests" the info is stacked on top of each other. List is there but impossible to read.

Every time I try to open the evite I received via text, the app opens without allowing me the option to view the evite.

The app closes every time I try and change my name on the profile page

The website seems slow to login, save changes and do other things.

I have had multiple people send invites via evite but have not received them. They have the email address correct, but the evite is never actually sent and I am unable to see the event. This has happened at least 3 times in the past few months.
