App has refused to work last 2 days: when trying to sign up even though password fits all criteria password doesn’t work, goes to website signup works first time. Tried to sign into app, doesn’t accept the password I literally copied and pasted, locks accounts. I unlock through email and try the password in the webbrowser works fine. TLDR there is something wrong with your password input on your app.

I want to cancel my subscription but i cant as I damage my smartphone and I can't login now to new phone as the app is not sending me reset password email.what do I do to restore my password

I have downloaded the Pret app today. Managed to create an account and get logged in but now every time I go into the app it shows the home screen for 1 second and then goes to a blank white screen. If I close the app and reopen the same thing happens. What is the issue please?
