Good food, but not the service

Second day in a row -
Yesterday: I order on the app, it takes my money. When I get to the location, they do not have what I ordered.
Today: I ordered and requested pickup for a hour later. My order was indeed listed as available.
I got to the store 10 minutes after the requested time, and my order was not there. They claimed the only received it 15 minutes earlier.
It seems they do not put your order aside so that it’s there. It’s just out in the case, and if it’s gone, it’s gone.
Oh, BTW, you pay more ordering on the app. There are lots of other places, so…. Buh-bye, Pret.
What is the point of this app?

App should show recent orders, which can easily be reordered. Also, should have option to add stores to favorites, so that users don’t have to scroll through several stores to find the store they are a regular at.
Unable to select location for order ahead

Wanted to try the order ahead feature but when it came to the selection of the outlet that I’d like to pick up my order, the app is totally unresponsive.
