How to fix PlantIn app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PlantIn app on iPhone
Update PlantIn app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlantIn iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PlantIn on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PlantIn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PlantIn Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PlantIn not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PlantIn App
1. On android, goto Settings » PlantIn » click [Force Stop]

Update PlantIn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlantIn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PlantIn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PlantIn.

Fix PlantIn unable to contact server/ PlantIn internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PlantIn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PlantIn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlantIn
