Your new mobile banking rollout has been a complete disaster can’t log in user id and password don’t work and I’m at the bank and they don’t know what to do and nobody is answering the phone to help bank teller

New system stinks and doesn’t work

Unable to login with FlagstarCorporateConnectTM you need a special passcode for to download FlagstarCorporateConnectTM to even try to use it. Locks you out of your account. All the extra steps to even try to log in on a desk top are also a pain.
Whomever bought flagstar must want to run it into the ground and sell it for parts.

Can’t even get into now - with face ID or passcode. And you can’t do much with it anyway, other than check your balance. This merger was supposed to be a good thing?
