The app says it is not available in the appstore anymore when I tried to redownload it. I had lots of pictures in the app that I would like back. Is there a way you can help me get it back on my phone?

Considering how useless the developer is in responding to real questions, here is the workaround (it’s been stated before). Put your phone on airplane mode, and wait at least a minute or to. Then when you go into the app you’ll actually see an X in the top corner which will let you get past that screen that asks you to upgrade. Once you do that secure all your pictures and remove them from this garbage app. Then make sure to never download another app from this crook again.
Fraudulence or incompetence?

The app recently became unusable without warning. Lost access to a lot of photos I had only one copy of. I know they still exist because for a brief moment when the app opens I can see the album and the cover photo, but then a popup telling me I need to purchase premium access comes up and has an error so I can’t to that either. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS APP. The developer will comment and lie that it’s not their app.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this app and both times it has locked me out and I can’t retrieve my pics. It keeps giving me an error message and I can’t get a response from support. I only purchased it again because I thought that would recover my previous pictures! I’m still getting charged monthly for both subscriptions and I can’t get it to stop!
