I’m not sure why they say it’s easier on rapidPay when you can’t handle do anything but look. I would give this 0stars but you can’t. My whole ordeal with this card has been horrible. If I try to transfer money through anything to that card it takes about 2 weeks for it to be on the card. I requested a transfer from the card to my bank and I got it 2 weeks later and wasn’t sure where that money came from until I thought about it. And direct deposit setup DOES NOT work every time I set it up I’d still have to wait the whole weekend without my pay check until Monday bc I get paid Fridays. I’ve called the customer service number but they don’t help nor to they know what they are doing and the phone call is always delayed and some of them are rude like they are wasting their time. We can reload the card through western union and I did that over a week ago and on the site WU it says 1-2 days to complete and it’s a week later and on my acct on WU it says complete. My temp agency has taken care of it.

Will have issues accessing funds and when you try to call you will get an operator who can’t speak English that will not awnser your quistions all they can say is sorry updating system had this happen several times what happened to sending email or letter when company’s where shutting down or updating to let the customers know they won’t be able to access there account very inconsiderate and unprofessional I’ve had thousands upon thousands loaded to my account Over past couple years and this is 5th time I’ve had similar experiences they just lost me as a customer tellers should be speaking proper English and fully under it and should be sending notifications when having system issues very disappointed

I’m impressed with how rapidPay goes STRAIGHT TO the meat 🥩 and potatoes 🥔 of what it is you would want when you engage this type app... the necessary details of the account appear without hesitation or “hunting” and pecking for the basic- “bottom line” info... “BALANCE- PLEASE!”...👍🏻...

You've made it so difficult to figure out how to get this started. I was looking forward to using this service occasionally when needed. But now I'm worried it would even work. You guys have no time card for me and I can't get any money but you now have my social, card information, my address, where I work..... All that info just for your service to say "There is no time card or payroll history available".
That would be fine, but then you don't even have any prompts to fix or change anything. Don't use rapidPay guys. Just be smarter with your money.

If I could give it a zero I would. I always have problems with this card. If I would’ve known that they were gonna have “maintenance” for more then 12 hours and shut down my money on my card and there’s no way to get ahold of them by phone or online I never would’ve signed up for this. My card was declined due to maintaining this card? When is it ok to hold SOMEONES money from them because you are having maintenance problems.

All I really have to say is I’ve had a really great experience with rapidPay and when I needed to replace my card it was a really easy and simple process

So like whenever I go to use my card it declines yet I have plenty of money… then on the other hand, I get on rapidPay and sometimes it says this account is locked…

Overall I would rapidPay is pretty well ran.I have never had an issue with rapidPay App and I find it easy to use.

Had several hundred dollars come up missing in California I’m in the middle of Texas. They did nothing about the money and then charged back several hundred from my Verizon account and my phone was turned off and then they tell me I’m gonna get all the money back in 90 days it’s 109 days now, and also they had a scam running on there phone number line… true story. Be warned!!!

Worst app I have ever used, only using it because my work doesn’t offer direct deposit only through this card.
I can’t view all my transactions on the main page I have to download my statement every time to view all my transactions. Cant even pull out 300 out of the atm. My bank also gives me a hard time whenever I go in to take money out.

My son just got this crappy card. Does not work, can not activate and now it is locked. Firehouse subds are trying to use these bunk pay cards, shame on them. We warned the other employees too. W

BS "corporation", horrible customer service, and an all around bad time. Takes about two weeks transfer funds to my Hancock-Whitney account (an actually legitimate banking service); they have locked my account on the app - "Your account is temporally locked" (you can tell they don't know what they're doing when the corporation spells temporarily wrong) and I can get into it through the website in my computer, by I need to know what's going on with my money on-the-go; tried numerous times to call customer service and get it unlocked but either they answer the phone and don't speak (you just hear their loud a** breathing) or they hang up on you. Horrible time with rapid! Pay.
